科研情况:

致力于整合疾病类器官模型和高精度单细胞组学测序技术,探究肿瘤分子靶向治疗的作用机制,开展高通量药物筛选、药效评估与转化医学研究。博士期间利用高精度单细胞转录组测序技术、单细胞甲基化组测序技术、单细胞多组学测序技术结合类器官模型解析生物发育和疾病等生物学机理。
